Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone massage is a deeply relaxing and de-stressing treatment. The beautifully smooth Basalt stones are heated in water to a temperature of approx 55 C. After an application of warm oil to your body, holding the stones in my hands I will carry out the massage which will increase blood circulation, help to relieve muscle tension, pain and reduce stress and anxiety. Hot stone massage also promotes a good night's sleep!
